Underfloor Heating
Underfloor heating has become increasingly more popular over recent years offering unrestricted space, eradicating radiators, comfort from radiant heat rising from the floor upwards and the economic benefit of running the heat source at a lower temperature [reducing the use of fuel and decreasing your carbon foot print]. We can design and install underfloor heating for your home. It can even be installed side by side with your existing radiators. Please give us a call for a free quotation.

System Upgrades
With the current situation regarding climate change we must all do what we can to reduce damage to the environment.
Consideration should be given to reducing your carbon foot print by upgrading your heating system. By complying with Part L regulations it is estimated that a full upgraded heating system can be up to 30% more efficient than an existing older system. This type of installation will more comfortable for the home, reduce your fuel use/cost whilst reducing your carbon foot print. This can be achieved by installing Seduck A rated boilers, thermostatic radiator valves, programmers, room stats, etc. Larger properties can benefit from multi zone installations. Each zone can be independently controlled for time and temperature i.e. upstairs 'Off' when you are down stairs watching TV and then ups stairs 'On' when you go to sleep, effectively only having to use the gas required to heat 1/2 the house at one time! Please call us with your requirements.

Power Flushing
There are many problems which occur with in a heating system which a clean from a Power Flush machine will cure. Ageing systems with circulation and boiler noise problems caused by the accumulation of sludge, corrosion, scale and deposits can all be removed forcefully with high velocity water from a power flush machine. Please call us for further information or to request a quotation to clean your system.

Grants
There are various government agencies which offer grants and loans to reduce your carbon footprint by upgrading your heating system. Please contact us for further details.
